  • Early intervention supports for early childhood

    Early intervention supports for early childhood

    Early childhood support is where we help children (younger than 7 years of age) with a disability or developmental delay, and their families. This is usualy done hand in hand with theraputic supports to meet the childs needs. We aim at facilitating greater inclusion in community and everyday settings, to ensure each child can access communities to grow and learn in. with goals such as prepairing for mainstream education.

  • Participation in Community

    We aim to support individuals to be more involved in the community, particularly social and recreational activities. Community participation is vital for maintaining general health and wellbeing. Supports may include support workers accompanying an individual to a range of different activities such as shopping sporting activities, holidays, cinema or zoo visits etc.

  • Group Centre based Activities

    Group/Centre Activities

    We provide support offering essential social interaction, with an emphasise on maintaining dynamic and stimulating experiences to cultivate a renewed sense of belonging.

  • Household Tasks

    Household Tasks

    We help with the provision of support of daily household tasks, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) aggement . Support may include tasks related to the home, cleaning, laundry, food preparation, and yard activities that an individual is not able to perform on their own.

    We provide assistance that is aimed at supporting individuals whose disability makes it difficult for them to access transport This support includes the provision of appropriate transportation methods such as taxis, ride-shares, community vehicles etc. Depending on the level of support required, a support worker may accompany an individual during transport to assist them where necessary.

We seek qualified professionals who can aid participants in designing and building their supports, emphasising linkages across complex service environments. Coordination of Supports prioritises empowering participants to direct their lives, resolving crises, and fostering resilience within their networks. Additionally, we offer guidance in securing appropriate accommodation, establishing volunteer assistance for skill development, and providing time-limited support for budget planning and daily expenses.
